As a pleasant surprise I decided to try and run, well really jog, last night. I was out walking and felt good so I thought "why not?". Despite feeling like I have no spring in my step, I was able to run for maybe 1/2 a mile and not feel like Tonya Harding had it out for me. Even better was I woke up this morning and my knees, and hip, feel fine. This made me feel like my goal of competing in that sprint triathalon is a real possibility, so I think I'll continue to build on that and see where it goes.
